Palawan Wildlife Rescue and Conservation Center

Written By: Kaloy - Jul• 23•10

The _MG_1495 first stop on our city tour takes us to the Wildlife convention center a place of research and crocodile farming.

At first site this center is home to crocodile farming, where they grow and harvest crocodiles for skins to sell into the market, at the same time it is also a place for crocodile research and conservation, of the species. I know it sounds confusing but if you think of it this way… you have to conserve and study your resources in order for you to have it become sustainable. Together with the conservation center next door the crocodile farm is booming industry and zoo attraction in Puerto Prinsesa.
