The _MG_1422Island of Palawan is the largest and longest of the provinces of the Philippine islands. Some consider it to be the last remaining frontier of natural beauty found in the Islands. Tourist from all over the world would come and visit it’s shores just to partake on its pristine and magical nature.

Having Palawan on my long list of visiting all the provinces and islands of my birth country is just something that you should do at least once in your life. But getting here was a dream many years in the making… The Department of tourism Philippines is always proud to show case Palawan. A land of natural splendor and beauty, it houses many attractions like the Underground river a unesco world heritage site, great natural forest and pristine white sand beaches. Dive spots that rivals Indonesia, Guam and even the Great Barrier Reef.

Getting here you just have to fly via PAL or Cebu Pacific to the airport of Puerto Prinsesa, the capital city of Palawan.

From there it’s just a short ride away to the heart of the city. Usually you get fetched by the hotels via vans and buses so you have to make sure that you book with the proper hotel for your service from the airport to your place of residence.
