My Dear Darla

Ever _MG_2694since I got here in Australia I was not able to get a single piece of great pizza, and feeling a little home sick I decided to make my own. Gathering the necessary requirements for this little slice of heaven was not an easy matter. I had to make a few changes to the ingredients and looking for some required a long time researching what they called it here. Good thing I got all the ingredients and now I’m off cooking!

Salmon Sashimi Over Yellow Rice

It’s _MG_2682 Wednesday here in Australia and that means the menu for the day is anything seafood, since my aunt assigned me the kitchen every time fish will be served… I would get my cooking knives out and start the oven. But since i have yet to have sushi for this year my pallet craves the tender goodness of fresh fish, lucky me… main ingredient for the night is some fresh Tasmanian Salmon.

Tiwi

Sta Anna

The _MG_2837sleepy town of Sta Anna only houses a few attractions, aside from this being the jump off point to the virgin island of Palaui they also hold the port that caters to the northern most province on the mainland of the Philippines, Port Irene. The beaches may be great and the local wildlife is still around but there is one place that makes this town a place that you must come and visit, located at the very tip of the Philippine Islands North Eastern peninsula of Luzon. Santa Anna is the last town at the very end of the highway. The place is a favourite beach spot for the people in Cagayan Valley, divers, bird watches and tourist alike come to Santa Anna to enjoy nature.
