There Anawangin 09 154are a few remaining OMG moments left for me… as I have been around the country looking for perfect beaches and places where you can get back to nature and rough it out in the wild outdoors w/o the convenience of a cell signal or the feel of city. I would never have thought I would have one of those moments here in Zambales!

The trip will just cost you around P200 per person and that usually includes a trip to two islands, Capones and Tamara.

Duka Bay

Located 286_ejust 2 hours away from the city of golden friendship, Cagayan de Oro, the gateway to Mindanao, Duka Bay lies just on the coast of the barangay of Medina, Misamis Oriental. Accommodations are quite affordable, the prices ranging from P2260.00 to P3610.00 per Villa. Although the price is for two persons, most Villas have two large beds and can comfortably accommodate four people.

Peace Vase

In _MG_0309_e1991 the peace vase project was born. 6200 small little yellow vase were created by the Dalai Lama of Tibet. These vases would contain prayers, special herbs and blessed in the holiest of ceremonies all in the purpose of placing them around the globe in the most war torn and pristine sites around the globe. Not to be left out the Filipino people was given several peace vases to be placed around the country. One of w/c our team from Bluewater inc. was given the chance to deploy of the coast of Batangas near Ligpo point, beside Diver’s Sanctuary.

Siete Picados

Seven 678peeks named after the seven daughters of one of the leaders of the island Coron is seen jutting up from the depths of the ocean floor making a small scale caldera. Now this place is protected by the local barangay as a Marine Protected Area (MPA). This is now one of the best dive spots in the area.

Skeleton Wreck

Another gunboat that is reachable by snorkelling. All you will see are the ribs of the ship that once served as both Kamikaze boats and anti air gun boats for the Japanese Imperial Navy. Since the wreck is found along the Coast of Coron Island you will have to pay the caretaker P100.00 per person to dive the wreck.
